Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed. Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery. If any pets are discovered during your tenancy, including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Construction may occur in the Eagles Nest community, and construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Firewood may be added at time of booking or by contacting us at least one week in advance. Includes two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests, however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee applies if pets are brought onto the property in violation of the pet policy.

Parking Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • Free parking available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • High-speed internet available at the property; however, some travel areas in the region may not have cell reception.
  • All linens and towels provided for your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • Bed linens, towels, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, and cooking basics are provided.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the property.
